Insurance Sales Representative
Full-time · On-site / hybrid · Base + uncapped commission + bonuses
What you'll do
- Prospect, quote, and write new policies across auto, home, life, and commercial lines
- Build long-term client relationships through honest, consultative conversations
- Conduct policy reviews and identify cross-sell opportunities for existing clients
- Follow up on warm leads, referrals, and inbound inquiries promptly
- Maintain accurate records in agency CRM and meet weekly activity targets
What we're looking for
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Sales, customer service, or financial-services experience a plus (not required)
- Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty and Life license (we'll help)
